Delivery Methods
Products are delivered to the address you provided during the order (or any other address specified) via La Poste (Colissimo) or in a relay point.
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

By Colissimo Tracking: The package is delivered by your mail carrier with a signature, which guarantees the proper receipt of the package. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left, and the package will be available at the post office for 10 days.

In a relay point: The package will be available at a relay point of your choice. This option is ideal if you are often absent, if your mailbox is unsuitable, or if you prefer not to wait for home delivery.
Delivery Time
Delivery is done after payment validation. The delivery time is between 3 and 8 business days for mainland France, subject to the availability of items.
Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are displayed in the order summary:

In relay points (Mainland France only): Flat rate of €6.90. Free delivery on orders over €59 (Mainland France).

By La Poste:

Mainland France: Flat rate of €9.70 – Free delivery on orders over €100.

Corsica: Flat rate of €9.90 – Free delivery on orders over €100.

European Union: Flat rate of €16 – Free delivery on orders over €100.

Non-European Union Europe: Flat rate of €16.

Rest of the World: Flat rate of €29.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be required upon receipt. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
Any issues (damaged goods, missing items, damaged package, etc.) must be reported on the delivery note as “written reservations,” accompanied by your signature.
Delivery tracking is available via a link sent to you when the order is dispatched. If you are unable to pick up a package from the relay point or post office, you have 7 days to inform us.
A delay or loss of a package may occur. If the delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us at +33 5 59 21 81 22 or contact@kanumera.com. An investigation will be initiated with the carrier (maximum duration: 21 days). If the package is found, it will be promptly reshipped. If not, it will be considered lost, and a replacement or refund will be offered. If the items are no longer available, a refund will be issued.
KANUMERA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers (strikes, loss, or other incidents).
For deliveries outside France, our responsibility ends once the package crosses the recipient country’s border.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If the ordered products do not meet your expectations, you have 3 months from the purchase date to request an exchange or refund. This period exceeds the legal requirement (14 days) and is a commercial guarantee offered by KANUMERA.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Only products in perfect resale condition will be eligible for exchange or refund.
Exercising the right of withdrawal incurs no penalty; only return delivery fees are at your expense. You can choose between a refund or an exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the package, by check or credit card, according to the original payment method.
Custom orders (adding logos, design modifications, custom placements, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
